Top 10 Creative and Charismatic Creations from a Webcomic World Part #1
I've always gone on about webcomics have to be unique. I did so in my little guest week at Comixpedia when I said that webcomics should be somewhat unique in how they approach things, so that got me questioning how unique is the merchandise of the webcomic world and surprisingly there's quite some unique stuff to grab! Here's my top 10 unique items in the webcomic world.
10) The World of Mr Toast's Mr Toast's Doll

Although the top ten is about uniqueness and it seems there is a growing number of toys actually making they're way onto the shelves of the merchandise stores of webcomics, heck even Chopping Block has a murderer as a doll, but seriously where else can you find a seven inch tall piece of Toast?
Yes, Mr Toast is remarkable, it's unique (and it's the main character of the webcomic), but still fun to say the least. I can imagine popping him from a toaster, or actually getting a fire brigade out to ask what the fire was from, I can meerly say "I put some toast into my toaster, how was I supposed to know?"
9) White Ninja's Bunny Thong

With the world of cafepress hitting most of the webcomics I visited on the web, I noticed that nobody really went for the thong issue. Whereas White Ninja is meerly properly done merchandise (no cafepress or whatnot), it was still fun to see if anyone actually did buy this.
Come on, White Ninja wearing bunny slippers. You're in the arms of your lover, you're stripping off and then suddenly appears this white thong with him on it. Sure the bunny slippers are adorable but my libido would definately turn to zero automatically, but still a unique product to display.
8) PVP Keychains

I rarely see enough keychains in this world of webcomics. I think I went to the Thing in March and was given one (and it remains on my keychain today), I still am quite shocked not many other webcomics have hit upon this small but really funky way of merchandising.
Because of that it's definately a unique and unusual find to find someone selling it online. Of course it's really nice to have it detailed and the metal shaped into a character, but it's definately worth the pennies, that's for sure!
7) Scythes N More Coasters

Coasters, sure why would anyone buy coasters, who would know but it's definately unique (and more unique than a keyring before anyone picks on me). Yes, probably nobody would place their cup on a coaster like this, I probably wouldn't, I buy my coasters for about £1 just to rest my cup on.
However, they are quite funky and if you're a supporter of a webcomic you definately would be proud to own everything, like a Manchester United supporter owning everything, this is definately one for those people who definately want to have it all!
6) GOATS Diablo the Satanic Chicken Action Figure

When you say Action Figure you don't automatically believe in webcomics, who would? Most characters are in 2D with the rare occurance of 3D characters. Also, when someone says a Satanic Chicken you would definately not connect the two, but uniquely they have been and therefore you get an Action Figure with accessories as well.
It makes me almost kid-like to think I could buy this and play with it for ages, or for about a few minutes before shoving it back in its packaging only to discover a few years down the line it would be worth something. But hey, however you order it, or for whatever reason, an Action Figure is definately unique!
