Monday Book News

Well, this week I read a very interesting article over at Comixpedia in regards to publishing your own webcomics. I must admit, the hand touch is very personal. Sure if you suddenly get thousands of orders, you'll regret it, but at least it's nice. Just like Ninja Bunny who not only has his first book out, he's already planning his second hand-made book.

Finally, Able and Baker have launched another t-shirt. This time focusing on one of my favourite new characters, Quincy. For $17, you get this funky t-shirt and if you haven't already got a Aargvark t-shirt, what's with you???

You haven't got long before the calendar, Tastefully Done, where tons of awesome webcomic artists banded together to get a taste of nudity into the whole webcomic world is about to disappear from your shelves. It's for Cancer Research. This way you're getting something for your money and donating to a good cause. Plus, everyone needs a calendar, right?

I've heard on the grapevine (actually just reading tons of blogs, that's how I usually keep up with all this gossip and the like) that Fabricari is in the process of creating a book. Probably using Lulu.com, as soon as any more gossip or news comes in, I'll be sure to let ya know!

And finally, last week I told you of the funky news about Silent Kimbly bringing out a Tenderness t-shirt. Well, this week they've brought out a set of 4 funky badges, with Kimbly, Binx, Tenderness and Krusher and only for $3.25 (or $4.25 for international).
